Sally Lucchesi

As a recent college graduate of Seattle University, Sally joins Girls Inc of Alameda County at the beginning of her career.

Before joining the Development team, Sally worked in Aquatics for about a decade, eventually managing and running the Washington Athletic Club swim program. Simultaneously, she gained experience Development interning at Make-A-Wish AKWA and studying as a full-time student at Seattle University.

Upon graduation, Sally moved to a small town on the Eastern coast of Spain and taught English at a small school. She spent her time immersing herself in the Spanish culture: learning the language and customs, traveling, and trying new foods.

As a Bay Area local, Sally spends her free time outside – going to the beach, parks, or long walks around the neighborhood. She practices yoga daily and has the intention of getting certified to teach.
