Jeanine Zolczynski

Communications Manager

Jeanine joins the Development team in the new role of Communications Manager.

After growing up in rural Northern California, Jeanine ventured to sunny Santa Barbara where she attended UCSB as a first-generation college student, majoring in Sociology with a minor in English.

She worked for a media agency in Santa Barbara, servicing the media buying and media placement needs of a diverse set of clients, before relocating to Oakland to be closer to her family.

Jeanine was the PR lead for two local audio technology companies, first for Meyer Sound Laboratories headquartered in Berkeley, and later for Clear-Com, based in Alameda, where she worked to elevate both brands within the industry.

Although she values the insight she gained in her previous work experience, Jeanine wanted to dedicate her career to a mission-driven organization with a cause she is passionate about, leading her to Girls Inc.

In building this new role, Jeanine aims to tell Girls Inc. stories from varying perspectives in the most accurate way possible to raise awareness about their mission and the incredible impact Girls Inc. brings to the community and beyond.
