Alondra Campos

School Based Program Manager

Alondra was born and raised in the Bay Area and has called Oakland home since she began attending Castlemont High in 2008.  She is a Cal State East Bay alum, with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Alondra’s experience with youth began working with children at her mother-in-law’s home daycare, providing a safe space for family and community members to leave their children when they had to work outside the home. In 2017, Alondra began her work with Girls Inc. of Alameda County, continuing her passion serving her community, youth, and families. Throughout her time at Girls Inc., Alondra has supported various school sites across OUSD in the School Based Department and has built community in all the schools she has been a part of. Alondra’s job is not over when she leaves our school sites as she is busy at home raising four Strong, Smart, and Bold children! As a parent to three boys and one girl, she is intentional in the way she is raising her daughter to be Strong, Smart, and Bold in all she does! As a mom to boys as well, she is raising them to be allies to girls and women–these are the same values that she helps instill in the youth she encounters in programs every day. In her free time Alondra loves to travel and spend time with her husband and children.
