Selene. began her tenure at Girls Inc. as a mental health clinician in 1995. In her current position, Selene oversees quality assurance and improvements. In 2009, she successfully steered the implementation of an electronic health records system and database for Pathways Counseling Center. Selene is committed to ensuring children and families receive high-quality mental health services and that staff have the tools that allow them to do their best work. As coordinator of Girls Inc.’s Community Mental Health Consortium, Selene collaborates with other professionals to offer continuing education training to community mental health practitioners. She earned her B.A. at Williams College and holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Selene has served on the Board of Directors of the Alameda County Psychological Association (ACPA) and is a member of the California Psychological Association.
