Rose Griffin

Director of Program Quality, Training & Assessment

Rose is a Bay Area native, raised in Oakland and has been working in the field of education for 20 years. She began her career as an Early Childhood Education Teacher and After School Instructor. She has spent many years of her career in a mentor/trainer capacity. Eventually moving into a director’s position where she has held the role of overseeing a variety of different types of programs including early childhood education sites, after school sites, youth recreational programs and community event organization. In recent years she has worked in a consulting capacity supporting new organizations in the child care industry. Rose received her degree from Cal State East Bay in Human Development and holds certification from West Ed/CDE as a Trainer in The Program for Infant Toddler Care model.
