Nicole Brice

Nicole is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Richmond, CA, but she has served students all over he greater Bay Area. November 2024 will mark her 6th year with Girls Inc. She started as a program leader, quickly made her way up to a Lead Site Coordinator, and now she is a Program Manager for the school-based department.

Nicole’s journey serving students began when she was 15, working as a program leader for her peers in Richmond, CA. She has always been dedicated to her community and sister communities because she had great mentors and role models within programs such as Girls Inc., the Boys and Girls Club, and political clubs that fight for justice in education.

Her goal is to activate young students’ minds and expose them to the wonders of the world, supporting their navigation of their communities with pride and skills. She also aims to build the confidence of youth so they can realize their abundance of potential!

In the last 3 years, Nicole has also taken pride in focusing on being a support and coach for program staff, developing them and introducing them to all the resources that influenced her love and dedication to youth and communities.
