ELEVATING EDUCATION
Our school-year Elementary programs are offered in Oakland Schools including, Allendale, Bella Vista, Bridges Academy, Burckhalter, Horace Mann, International Community School, La Escuelita and Think College Now.
School-Year Programs for Middle School and High School Include:
WE LEAD Program
WE LEAD is a leadership curriculum for middle and high school participants that offers a balance of strength-building activities and in-depth discussions on important topics like leadership styles and allyship.
Participants learn to embrace their leadership superpowers and reject limiting preconceived notions of what girls can do. The curriculum will also include field trip offerings and health and wellness education.

EUREKA! Program
Eureka! is a dynamic program with year-round offerings spanning 8th-12th grades that promotes confidence, sisterhood, college access and career readiness for girls and their allies through:
Leadership and confidence-building
Fun field trips (surfing, ropes courses, whitewater rafting)
Hands-on STEAM activities
Paid internships
Sports and fitness
College campus visits
Academic support and scholarship guidance

ACT Program
In ACT (Advocating Change Together), girls and their allies learn about the social systems we live in and how to be a part of the change moving forward. Participants will gain and hone their leadership, communication, research, and relationship-building skills, working and learning alongside other youth who want to be a part of change in the communities they care about.

HEART Program
HEART (Helping Everyone Achieve Respect Together) provides an opportunity for girls and their allies to build health, literacy,and decision-making skills related to their bodies, relationships, and overall well-being, supporting their lifelong physical and emotional health. HEART participants will learn about an array of youth health and wellness topics and discuss the issues that teens face on a daily basis- but don’t always talk about

HER Program
Do you know what love is? Do you know what it is to respect yourself, your partners, and your loved ones? In this program HER (Healthy Evolving Relationships), girls and their allies will learn what healthy relationships look like- from platonic to romantic and everywhere in between- beginning with the relationship with oneself.
